Every batch enters quarantine before it touches a shelf. From quarantine, samples are sent to an independent UKAS-accredited analytical laboratory for HPLC purity, mass-spectrometric identity confirmation, and where relevant residual solvent screening.
When a batch fails specification, we destroy it. We do not discount it out the door, we do not sell it as a lower grade, and we do not return it to the supplier for reprocessing.
